Who We Are
Pete Strouse
Founder & CEO
Pete has been building teams of highly qualified information security professionals for 6+ years and has found his true calling in the information security industry. He started his career in IT recruiting with Kforce Staffing. Pete quickly rose through the ranks at Kforce and became a Subject Matter Expert within his agency to work on highly technical, hard-to-fill IT positions. Following his foray into IT recruiting, Pete was then recruited directly by the CEO of A-LIGN and called to build both HR and Recruiting functions for a rapidly growing information security consultancy.
Pete successfully recruited and on-boarded over 100 security, security sales, and administrative professionals in a very short period while serving as the head of Staffing and HR at A-LIGN. He also built out highly successful organizational programs and technology such as a campus recruiting program, continuing professional education (CPE) tracking system, and applicant tracking system.
Since 2017, Pete has served as a security recruitment entrepreneur and public speaker, helping people find the rewarding careers they deserve.
